Please call (209) 383-4700 to schedule your FREE sonogram during our Sonography training weeks. Your appointment will be one hour and you will be provided a Model Consent Release form to sign.

Fill a bottle or donate online, and be a Champion 4 Life!

Bring back the bottles to your church or to Alpha PHC in February or March.
