Client Services Director

The Client Services Director oversees all tasks related to serving clients as well as supervises/supports the Operations Asst. and the advocate and resource volunteer teams; she also assists the Executive Director in the daily operations of the Center.

This is a key role requiring an understanding of servant-leadership, in addition to previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a healthcare or ministry setting. Also, candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish).

Full-time 32+ hours a week, Mon-Thurs, with occasional evening or weekend hours for trainings or events. Hourly pay is $22 with some paid holidays, paid sick time and paid vacation time.

Mobile Services Coordinator

The Mobile Services Coordinator is a vital role devoted to overseeing the medical mobile clinic and volunteer drivers. The medical mobile clinic is taken to locations across Merced County to provide free pregnancy-related services to women who don’t have transportation. The mobile services team allows Alpha PHC’s nurses and client advocates to focus on meeting client needs without the responsibility of driving and maintaining a large vehicle.

Experience with auto mechanics and a clean driving record are required.

Part-time 10 hours or less per week typically.
