Nurse  Manager

Alpha PHC seeks a caring individual for the position of Nurse Manager w/ the following qualifications:


*Must have RN license or above, licensed in CA, w/ CPR certification and valid CA driver's license

*a deep, mature relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior

*values abstinence/purity and the sanctity of human life

*a heart & mind to serve -- to be the hands & feet of Jesus

*Bilingual (English/Spanish) would be a plus

*currently trained or willing to be trained in limited OB ultrasound under AIUM guidelines

The Nurse Manager oversees the adherence to policies, procedures and protocol of the medical services at the Clinic/Center and on the Mobile Clinic.  

The Nurse Manager provides patient care, supervises pregnancy-related medical services, as well as supervising and supporting the nursing personnel (staff and volunteers).  

The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring that all care provided is in accordance with professional standards and ministry values.

The Nurse Manager directly delivers and oversees the provision of excellent medical services, provides training as needed, offers compassionate and accurate medical education, gives life-affirming medical counsel, and is a representative of Jesus Christ in character and all interactions.


Pay/Hours:  $26-27 hourly to start | full-time, 32 hours weekly (Mon – Thurs) w/ occasional after-hours, weekend events and/or training. 

Benefits include some paid holidays, plus two weeks each of paid vacation and sick time, and retirement benefits offered through the CalSavers program.
